Client Services Agreement

The Media Ministry Co.

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Media Ministry Co. ("Designer") and the client listed below ("Client") for the purpose of providing media services as outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

The Designer agrees to provide the following services, as selected by the Client:

  • Graphic Design (e.g., sermon series, slides, banners, promos)

  • Website Design or Updates

  • Social Media Graphics or Strategy Support

  • Access to Client’s Member Portal and Resource Library

Any additional services not outlined above may be subject to a separate agreement or additional fee.

2. Turnaround Times

  • Standard media requests are fulfilled within the specified dates on each tier.

  • If we receive a request on Friday after 12pm it will not be completed until the following week.

  • Revisions are limited to 1–3 rounds per project unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Submit media requests with clear deadlines, descriptions, and supporting content.

  • Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Provide branding materials (logos, fonts, colors) upon request.

  • Respect the agreed scope of work and avoid excessive or unapproved revisions.

4. Ownership & Usage

  • All final deliverables created by The Media Ministry Co. are the property of the Client, for use by their church or ministry only.

  • The Client may not resell, relicense, or distribute media to third parties without written permission.

  • The Designer retains the right to display work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise requested.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • The Client agrees to the selected payment plan (monthly or annual).

  • Payments are due automatically on the agreed billing cycle.

  • Late or failed payments may result in service delays or access suspension.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel at any time with written notice.

  • Refunds are not issued for unused time or partial billing periods.

  • The Designer may terminate the agreement if terms are violated or communication ceases for more than 30 days.

7. Communication

  • Primary communication will occur via email: hunterbolton@mediaministryco.com

  • Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET.

  • Emergency support or rush requests outside these hours are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Media Ministry Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its services or deliverables. The Client acknowledges that media results (reach, engagement, attendance, etc.) are not guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Viginia.

10. Acceptance

By submitting service payment, the Client agrees to these terms and enters into a working relationship with The Media Ministry Co.
