Hunter Bolton - Founder + Designer

Hunter has been in communications and digital media since 2018. Hunter founded The Media Ministry Co. in late 2024. He has been married to his wife, Makenzie, since May of 2022, and they recently had a baby boy, Cephas, in January of 2025. Hunter loves to help out through the many avenues of media in ministries, whether it be through website design, graphic design, social media, or training volunteers. Hunter also plans to help a church plant at the end of 2026 once he finishes his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Zach Schemm - Sales Director

Zach serves as the sales director for TMMC! With 4 years of professional coaching and 3 years of inside & outside sales experience, he brings both a creative & personal approach to each conversation, knowing that every ministry context presents its own unique challenges! Zach is dedicated to helping future clients make the good news of Jesus Christ known by offering customizable media solutions & high value resources to you and your organization! He is currently living in Roanoke VA, praying for direction in ministry as he gets trained up in a local church. He loves all things to do with people & quotes movies more than scripture.. We are still working on that one!

Josh Kollman - Relations Director

Joshua serves as the Ministry Relations & Communications Director. He loves building relationships with TMMC clients, keeping them connected to the team, as they work together to produce the ministry's intended message. He has been in the Communications world for over a year, helping with various projects, and being a Communications Director for two different organizations! He is currently getting his Bachelor's in Communication and Master's in Divinity at Boyce College & Southern Seminary. He loves to travel, having lived in 3 countries before turning 18, and is also a published author!
