By accessing or using the services of The Media Ministry Co., including our website, member portal, and media services (graphic design, website, and social media support), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
We provide custom creative services and media resources tailored to churches and ministries. Services may include:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.
You agree to use our services in a way that is lawful, respectful, and in line with your organization's mission. You may not:
Unless otherwise noted, all graphics, templates, and resources we create or provide remain the intellectual property of The Media Ministry Co. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your church or ministry only. Custom graphics we create for you are yours to use, but not to resell, modify for resale, or distribute beyond your church.
We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days per request. Each request includes up to 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or rush delivery may incur extra fees.
Subscription services are billed monthly or annually through our secure payment provider. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date. Late or missed payments may result in a temporary suspension of access to services and the member portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are offered for work already completed or unused time in your current billing cycle, but we're always willing to discuss pausing or adjusting your plan if needed.
The Media Ministry Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We strive for excellence, but we do not guarantee increased attendance, online reach, or engagement outcomes.
We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely to serve your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
